The user can take notes and pictures and then upload them to the app. These notes and pictures will be analyzed and sent to the developer, who will then try to find the cause of the problem. The user will be guided step by step to find the cause of the problem and will be able to take notes and pictures along the way. If the user cannot find the cause of the problem, they can ask for help through FaceTime, and the service engineer will come to their location to assist them.
